Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be accompanied by payment of a confirmatory deposit, to be paid by postal order or bank transfer.
In case of cancellation within 10 days, the deposit paid can be used for a future stay within the current year.
In case of no-show without prior notice the amount of the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of interruption of stay we will charge up to a maximum of 3 nights.

Conditions

  • The applied prices vary by availability, gratuity and discounts applied, reservation date and type of room and are based on the number and age of the occupants.
  • The Tourist Tax is not included in the prices listed.
  • The amount of the Tourist Tax is € 0,80 per person for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempted.
  • The first two persons in a room pay the full price.
  • The price offers are not cumulative and are valid in all-inclusive formula.
  • Meals not consumed will not be deducted, but on request replaced with a packed lunch.
  • The rooms will be at your disposal from 12.00 hours on the day of arrival until 10.00 hours the day of departure.
  • Parking will be available after 10.00 o’clock upon arrival.
  • High Season Period: July, August and special events
  • The hotel will be able to guarantee special dietary menus for intolerances and allergies only if communicated in your quotation request.

The All Inclusive service includes:

  • Full Board
